2. Scope

This policy applies to all interactions on the site: property information and viewing requests, brochure requests, valuation requests, sale or rental mandates, newsletter sign-ups, contact forms, and the communications that follow.

3. Data collected and purposes

No sensitive data (health, political opinions, religion, biometric data, criminal records) is collected. Any accidental receipt triggers immediate deletion.

• First and last name — identification and follow-up of your request (required)
• Email address — communication and document delivery (required)
• Phone / WhatsApp — operational contact (required)
• Content of your request (property, budget, preferences) — handling of your real-estate project
• Exchange history — relationship tracking
• Browsing data (cookies) — audience measurement and site improvement, only with your consent

• Sanity — content database (property listings)
• Zoho CRM — inquiry and client-relationship management
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — audience measurement, only after consent
• Competent authorities — only where legally required

Your data is never sold, rented, or commercially transferred.

7. International transfers

The site is hosted on Google Cloud (us-east4 region, United States) and some processors operate from the European Union or the United States. These transfers are governed by data processing agreements (DPAs) and contractual clauses consistent with articles 49 to 51 of Law No. 2008-12.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

• Restriction — freeze processing pending verification (15 business days)
