- Payments are staged to construction milestones: a deposit on reservation, then drawdowns at key stages (foundations, structural work, weather-tight shell) and the balance on delivery. The exact schedule is set out in the VEFA contract signed at the notaire's office.
- How do I reserve a unit off-plan?
- Pick a development still in pre-sale or under construction from the catalogue, then contact us to hold the unit with a reservation contract. We verify the land's titre foncier or bail and prepare the VEFA signing before the notaire.
- What are the delivery timelines for a new-build project?
- Timelines depend on the project's build status, shown on each card: a development in planning delivers later than one already under construction. The estimated delivery date is stated in the VEFA contract.
- Off-plan or resale: which should I choose?
- Off-plan gives you a brand-new home, staged payments and often a lower entry price, but with a wait until delivery. Resale is available immediately and can be visited, without the customization or new-build guarantees. The right choice depends on your timeframe and budget.
- Can I buy off-plan from abroad?
- Yes. Many of our diaspora buyers in Europe and North America reserve remotely. We handle the titre foncier check, coordination with the notaire and construction follow-up, with regular progress updates through to handover.
