- How are management fees calculated?
- Fees are set as a percentage of the rent actually collected and stated in the management mandate before you sign. The exact rate depends on the property and the city; contact us for a tailored proposal.
- Can I hand over my property if I live abroad?
- Yes, that is our most common case. We manage properties remotely for owners based in Europe and North America, with regular reporting and rent payouts; you do not need to be present in Senegal.
- How do you vet tenants?
- We review each application (identity documents, proof of income and solvency), organise viewings and prepare the lease and the entry inventory report. The aim is a reliable tenant and a compliant file.
- How and when am I paid?
- You receive a periodic payout of the rent collected, together with an accounting statement. The terms and payment schedule are set out in the management mandate.
- What happens in case of unpaid rent or a dispute?
- We handle late payments and legal disputes: tenant reminders, formal notice and, where needed, the appropriate legal procedure. You are kept informed at every step.
