- What is VEFA and how does off-plan sale work?
- VEFA (vente en l'état futur d'achèvement) is the purchase of a new property before or during construction, based on the programme's plans. The buyer pays in instalments tied to construction progress, and the deed is signed before a notaire.
- Who are the development and construction services for?
- Two profiles: developers and investors building a new programme or social housing, and individual owners who want to build, extend or renovate a property. We tailor the support to each case.
- Which cities do you cover for construction projects?
- We work in Dakar, Saly, Cap Skirring and Saint-Louis, where our offices and field teams are based.
- Are land servicing and earthworks included?
- Yes. Land servicing and earthworks (terrassement) are among our five areas of expertise and can be handled ahead of construction, on land already secured by a titre foncier or bail.
- How do you check that the land is buildable and secure?
- Before any project, we review the land's legal status (titre foncier, bail, notaire records) to confirm it is secure and buildable. This limits legal risk during the programme.
